Putting customers first

The first quarter of 2019 has gotten off to a busy start with a new website, a new office and a new brand – Silvey Fuels – to tie it all together!
In September 2018 we were awarded the Mark of Excellence for Customer Experience by independent assessment organisation CX Awards Ltd. We plan to build on this success during 2019 by continuing to provide excellent service to our customers.
We’ve started by making sure our new website is simple to use and informative, so you can find the information you need and create an account easily to get a quote or buy online.
But the website’s just one way we’re continuing to put our customers first. We’ve moved office so there’s extra room for new staff whose prime role will be to support customers with their orders or queries.
As we grow, the products we offer have grown too. To help distinguish between the services and products we offer; home heating oil and fuel cards, we decided to rebrand and separate out the fuel delivery and fleet sides of the business. This way when you come to Silvey Fuels you know you’ll find products relevant to you.
We have made a strong start to the year and plan to continue putting customers first as the business continues to grow.
